Budding Authors

Did you read the Glitterkids page in the Feb 6th - 12th Edition of “The Glitterati” newspaper? Well if you had you would have seen that it was written entirely by four of our pupils, Omoehi Ighodalo, A’alia Boyo, Tireni Atoyebi and Ayotola Odebeyi. With a balance of serious writing and fun it is a good piece of journalism. Done entirely on their own initiative we congratulate you and look forward to your next articles.

Well done girls!

Class 4M Trip to Lekki Conservation Centre

Class 4M visited Lekki Conservation Centre in November. The purpose of the visit was to look at habitats, which was part of our science topic.

Whilst we were there we saw a monitor lizard swimming in a stream. We also saw monkeys high in their tree habitats. We also saw tree snakes in their bushes next to the path. The visit gave us the opportunity to see animals and plants in a natural habitat and we all had a great day.

It was much better to study habitats in the wild rather than in the classroom. It was a little scary walking through the trees. We learnt a lot more..
